Johnnie H. Miles, Ed.D., former associated professor of Counselor Education, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, is president and owner of JH Miles and Associates, a consulting and training firm in Fairfax, Virginia.

Juanita J. Davis, Ed.D., is adjunct professor for Trinity College and Bowie State University and an administrator in the Washington, D.C. public schools.

Sharon E. Ferguson-Roberts, Ed.D., is assistant professor of Guidance and counseling at Virginia State University in Petersburg and president and owner of Consulting and Training Associates, LLC, in Emporia, Virginia.

Rita G. Giles, Ed.D., is director of the Transition Support Resource Center for youth with special needs in the Fairfax County, Virginia, Public Schools and an adjunct professor at George Washington University.
