Kyoto University. This is probably the best population map of Japan that has yet been published. It is based on the 1920 census and the densities calculated for the county units. Separate colours indicate densities of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 350, 500, and 1000 and over per square kilometre, while densities of 1000, 5000, and 10,000 are shown within the cities.
